Thanks to Google Adsense there is a very easy way to sell advertising on any real estate website. You don’t get so big profit as from closing some sale, but it can cover your expenses with building website and developing content. It is also income which will be coming every day. If you work or don’t work. That’s a beauty of it.

There is a way how to make a real estate website producing money nearly immediately and basically pay itself.
To build a website you need:
- domain name ($8.95 per year)
- hosting ($50 per year)
- design (can start with simple design or Wordpress template = free)
- create pages (again with Wordpress = free)
- CONTENT - this is key. You can write it yourself. Take pictures of communities and write about them. Easy enough for any REALTOR. Or you can hire copywriter and pay couple of hundreds to do the work for you.
How do you make money?
- AdSense - when you have just few visitors a day, you can already make money with AdSense. Probably $1-$5 a day to cover the expenses you had incurred.
- Leads - once traffic grows (6-12 months) you get leads and now we are talking big $$$ potential.
Tired of link beggars?

I have received another email from asking to exchange links. I am getting probably 30-50 of such emails every day. It is spam and I hate spam. I am usually deleting such emails, but I just thought maybe I will respond this time. I put together links to my websites where the link can be submitted.
First all my websites has Page Rank 5. Link beggar site had page rank 3. Then link beggar started asking questions, where the link will be located. I just answered please look at the directory where we have category for buying and selling homes. Then other questions followed. This guy got it wrong! The whole link building idea. He read something on Internet and sold the concept to client. The result is terrible and just a waste of time. No more wasting time with link beggars! If you want to exchange links most of the websites have clear instructions how to do it. Sending spam doesn’t help anyone.
