There is such a huge industry based on making money on agents. And it seems to me that it is growing. I heard that there is much more money made on agents than by agents themselves in real estate transactions. I believe it.
Here is one of the people I never subscribed to anything, but getting spammed on regular basis to all my email addresses (about 5 same emails at the same time).

Agents run!!! This is another scam to take your money. Just look at the way how they have to spam everybody. Don’t give them your money!

I have to say that we really feel the lower interest from buyers for Las Vegas market. Web where we were getting 30 leads per day is producing 10 leads a day.
Is it a good time to increase your marketing budget? I don’t think so. I think it is good time to get more creative or get maximum from what you are getting. Increasing expenses in slowing market can destroy your business. Save money and get maximum from the leads you are getting.
