You are basically spending days looking at real estate, communities, projects… Why don’t you take your digital camera with you and shoot pictures? It is easy, takes few seconds and can make huge impact on your marketing.
How? It is simple like sending email. You can set up website (blog) and at the end of the day just email using Outlook (or Outlook Express) your digital photos to the blog. Write subject line (name of the project), description to the body and it will post as a new article. Yes, people are interested in things like that! They want to know how the new home models look like in different communities, they want to see how photos of golf courses or new projects in development.

This is something I heard today from one agent in Huntington Beach, California. This agent and basically many others use website just as an extension to their business card. They all signed up for IDX and other tools, but don’t really see enough business.
