I have to say that we really feel the lower interest from buyers for Las Vegas market. Web where we were getting 30 leads per day is producing 10 leads a day.  

Is it a good time to increase your marketing budget? I don’t think so. I think it is good time to get more creative or get maximum from what you are getting. Increasing expenses in slowing market can destroy your business. Save money and get maximum from the leads you are getting.

If you are real estate broker you know that it is hard to make substantial profit. Agents are asking for bigger split and they expect more services from brokers. If you build great real estate website with tons of traffic you will have other opportunities how to make money. And this is one of them.

Is your website extension of your business card?

This is something I heard today from one agent in Huntington Beach, California. This agent and basically many others use website just as an extension to their business card. They all signed up for IDX and other tools, but don’t really see enough business.

 My business is completely based on Internet. As a broker I generate majority business for my agents from Internet and don’t spend a dime on any other advertising. Yes, we spend on business cards, but we must have them, but we found out that spending on magazines, newspapers are just wasted money.

I have build MillionSaverHomes.com as company generating hundreds of thousands in commissions from Internet. Internet is powerful. I can bring a lot of business with extreme efficiency. I would like to find agents and brokers nationwide to work in coalition with me and change the way how real estate business works!

Thanks to Google Adsense there is a very easy way to sell advertising on any real estate website. You don’t get so big profit as from closing some sale, but it can cover your expenses with building website and developing content. It is also income which will be coming every day. If you work or don’t work. That’s a beauty of it.
