Thanks to Google Adsense there is a very easy way to sell advertising on any real estate website. You don’t get so big profit as from closing some sale, but it can cover your expenses with building website and developing content. It is also income which will be coming every day. If you work or don’t work. That’s a beauty of it.
Instant money producing real estate website April 13, 2006

There is a way how to make a real estate website producing money nearly immediately and basically pay itself.
To build a website you need:
- domain name ($8.95 per year)
- hosting ($50 per year)
- design (can start with simple design or Wordpress template = free)
- create pages (again with Wordpress = free)
- CONTENT - this is key. You can write it yourself. Take pictures of communities and write about them. Easy enough for any REALTOR. Or you can hire copywriter and pay couple of hundreds to do the work for you.
How do you make money?
- AdSense - when you have just few visitors a day, you can already make money with AdSense. Probably $1-$5 a day to cover the expenses you had incurred.
- Leads - once traffic grows (6-12 months) you get leads and now we are talking big $$$ potential.

Kubrick is one of the most popular theme in Wordpress. Here is a great explanation how to change the header picture.
I am no graphic designer and it took me about 15 minutes to do it. But for this small website blog that’s enough for now. Check this Atlanta Real Estate blog with my new header picture.
Do not overspend for web marketing March 4, 2006

One of the biggest decision I made when starting with internet marketing was if I should spend $60. Yes, that’s how cheap I was. My first real estate website started on free web hosting and I was waiting for at least first couple of leads before I committed to spend some money. I was willing to spend $8 for domain name registration, but didn’t want to invest anything more before I see some results:-)
I started with inexpensive self made design and content. Later I invested $5 per month for great hosting with all the statistics and tools I needed.
Yes, that’s a start of MillionSaver.com. Website generating hundreds of thousands in commissions! If someone tells you that you have to spend thousands to make some money it doesn’t have to be always the case.
