SEO for real estate website $20 per keyword August 4, 2006

Someone came to me with this idea. Why not doing SEO and charge only if you get certain keywords to the top 20 in search engines.

 For example customer will choose the keywords:
- Las Vegas Homes
- Las Vegas Real Estate
- Sell your home in Las Vegas
- Las Vegas Real Estate Agent
- Las Vegas New Homes
- Las Vegas resale Homes

Then SEO company starts working on optimization. If any of the keywords gets to top 20 only then customer pays $20 per such keyword per monht. I think model like that could work. It would be beneficial to agent who will pay only for results. What do you think about it? Write me your thoughts in comments.
