It is interesting to learn about the 2 new products from Ask Jeeves that have helped them to gear up their own services and increase their revenue along with royalty.  The 2 products are named as Zoom and Web Answers. These are very helpful innovations in the field of core search technologies. It helps users find what they are looking for faster than any search engines. “Zoom” is a new navigation tool developed from the extant Teorra search technology. This tool is capable of sorting information into “topic communities” and then examines the relationships between the communities. The user can zoom - in or out - to find the information he’s searching for. It helps the searchers to find out short or ambiguous queries that need clarification from Jeeves.

Web Answers” on the other hand has been developed from Ask Jeeves’ Smart Search technology – it helps the searchers with any form of keywords, questions or phrases. The ultimate aim is to answer more queries in less time than could be handled by other search engines.
